Mr. Riddle, managing partner of the Middleberg Riddle Group, led it’s National Mortgage Compliance services group into the computer age. With his understanding of mortgage regulations, he pivoted the firm to focus on compliance and document preparation service for the mortgage banking industry. This service grew substantially over the years combining legal and regulatory guidance with an enterprise software platform the firm developed. It transformed the way mortgage companies completed loan transactions and ultimately evolved into an electronic document preparation business that became Asurity Technologies, LLC. Under his guidance, the firm’s mortgage services set a high national standard for quality and compliance in the mortgage banking industry. Using these accumulated skills, Mr. Riddle now works with mortgage company chief compliance officers and general counsel to solve issues related to the complex regulations affecting finance law.
